I implore you to log into the alumni self service portal and fill a very short form to update your record.

To log in, Alumni can simply type in their username in the following format:
FirstName.LastName
(Please note it has to be the names you graduated with)
Then the generic password is:
Welcome123@
Once logged in, you can update your record in the simple form and change password if you so wish.
