In 2023, the LBS Alumni class of EMBA22 set out on a journey to help provide low-tech prosthetic limbs to indigent members of the society. This they did in partnership with the Ishk Tolaram Foundation.
On 1st December 2023, after successfully raising the sum of #1 Million Naira, the team made a presentation to the foundation. That same month, a camp was held in Enugu with the aim of assessing amputees and providing them with the required prosthetic limbs.
Of the 1,809 lives impacted by The Ishk Tolaram Foundation in 2023, EMBA22’s donation helped cater to 18 people. This is well over our target of 10 people and we are so delighted to have been able to make such an impact.
